Yes you can use the Comment out the selected lines feature but, it is not block comment yet.

Finally i had to call one of the managers to release my money but anyway i will never ever work with getafreelancer again. Just stay away from this company. Use oDesk or Elance. Regards

Did you ever get this sorted out? I tried to login to my account this morning and found it had been actually closed with no warning. They are holding $500 of my hard earned money – very honestly earned I might add! They are not responding to queries via support and live support, as ever, is offline.
